1) To order, please leave a comment with your name, email address and the item you are interested in. (This is only if you are sure of making a purchase.)
2) For queries regarding any of our products, please send your query to palmtreehead@gmail.com, and we will get back to you shortly.
3) We will send you a confirmation email with an invoice attached once we receive your order/comment.
4) Items are given on a first come first serve basis. Confirmed orders will be given priority above others.
PAYMENT DETAILS/DELIVERY
1) We accept only POSB/DBS bank transfers.
2) We also accept concealed cash & over the counter bank deposits.
3) Payment is to be made within 24hrs or it will be passed on to the next interested buyer.
4) Prices are not inclusive of postage. Normal postage is S$1 for 1 item, S$1.50 for 2 items and so on. For registered mail, kindly add S$2.24 on top of the normal postage rates.
5) It is safer to do registered mail as we would not be responsible for lost mail..
6) Normal mailing will be done within 1-2 days after payment has been made/ Registered mailing will be done within 2-3 days after payment has been made. Please wait about 3-5 days for package to arrive. (:
7) Meetups are possible, but will be restricted to Kovan & Serangoon MRT stations only.
